| The High Court (HC) has asked telecoms Secretary Sunil Kanti Bose and Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (BTRC) chief Zia Ahmed why they should not face contempt of court charges for ignoring a court order. They have four weeks to come up with an explanation. The bench of justices Syed Mahmud Hossain and Gobinda Chandra Tagore gave the orders Sunday based on a petition by private land telephone operator RanksTel Ltd. | ||||
