Citycell recently launched Webstore, an online sales service for purchasing Citycell's packages. With this service, customers can place orders for Citycell's packages online.
To avail this service, interested customers have to log on to www.citycell.com/ webstore. They can select specific packages from different options and place order according to their preferences. There are two types of delivery methods for the customers in this service: customers can pick-up the packages with facility of free talk time up to Tk. 300 from 6 Citycell Customer Care Centers or they can avail free home delivery service.
Citycell CEO Mr. Mehboob Chowdhury launched this Webstore service at a program held in Citycell's Head Office at Mohakhali, Dhaka. He said, "We have introduced this online sales service as part of our commitment to make our customers' life easier than before, it is the most convenient Telco shopping experience that is being first introduced by Citycell."
Mr. David Lee, Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui, General Manager, Business Development and Strategic Initiatives, Mr. Taslim Ahmed, Head of Marketing Communications, Mr. Jahiruddin Ahmed, Consultant, Sales and Distribution, Kazi Mohiuddin Ahmed, Executive, Business Development and Strategic Initiatives of Citycell were also present at the launching ceremony.
